Repair and emergency calls

On site we find the problem first, then we explain what we found and what it takes to fix it. If the system is past a repair, we will say so before we start.
New systems, financing, and new construction
We install Goodman, Rheem, Trane, Carrier, and Lennox. We are an official Rheem Authorized Dealer, and we service the other brands as well. We are not an authorized dealer for Goodman, Trane, Carrier, or Lennox. We offer financing options for a new system. Estimates are free for a new installation and for a major repair. On systems we install, the manufacturer parts warranty is 5 years, and registering the system adds another 5 years. We register every system we install, so you get the full 10-year parts warranty. We also include a 1-year labor warranty on installations we do. We use OEM parts. Manufacturer warranties cover replacement parts only. The manufacturer decides whether a part is covered. We submit the claim and handle the paperwork. Rheem parts come through our dealer account. We can get warranty parts for any brand, even when we were not the company that installed the system. After that 1-year labor warranty, standard diagnostic and labor fees apply.
