New construction heating and cooling
We install the heating and cooling system in a new house. That includes central air, a heat pump, ductwork when the build needs it, and the thermostat.

Equipment and warranty
We are an official Rheem Authorized Dealer. We also install Goodman, Trane, Carrier, and Lennox. We are not an authorized dealer for those brands. On systems we install, the manufacturer parts warranty is 5 years, and registering the system adds another 5 years. We register every system we install, so you get the full 10-year parts warranty. We also include a 1-year labor warranty on installations we do. We use OEM parts. Manufacturer warranties cover replacement parts only. The manufacturer decides whether a part is covered. We submit the claim and handle the paperwork. Rheem parts come through our dealer account. We can get warranty parts for any brand, even when we were not the company that installed the system. After that 1-year labor warranty, standard diagnostic and labor fees apply.
Financing options are available for the installation, including Rheem systems. We do not list a lender, a rate, or a payment on this page.
How a new-construction job works
We size the system to the house, install it, and start it up. If the house is still being framed, tell us when you call so we can time the visit.
