Financing for a new HVAC system
Financing options are available when you install a new system, including a Rheem system. We will go through what is available on the visit. This page does not list a lender, a rate, or a payment.
The estimate for a new installation is free. A major repair estimate is free too. A smaller service call is billed at our standard service rate.
Rheem and the other brands we install
We are an official Rheem Authorized Dealer. We also install and service Goodman, Trane, Carrier, and Lennox. We are not an authorized dealer for those brands. On systems we install, the manufacturer parts warranty is 5 years, and registering the system adds another 5 years. We register every system we install, so you get the full 10-year parts warranty. We also include a 1-year labor warranty on installations we do. We use OEM parts. Manufacturer warranties cover replacement parts only. The manufacturer decides whether a part is covered. We submit the claim and handle the paperwork. Rheem parts come through our dealer account. We can get warranty parts for any brand, even when we were not the company that installed the system. After that 1-year labor warranty, standard diagnostic and labor fees apply.
If you are not sure a new system is the right move, we look at the equipment you have before we talk about financing. Refrigerant, electrical, and line-set work are not a homeowner job.
What the estimate covers
On a new installation we look at the house and the equipment, then we explain the system and the financing options. There is no charge for that estimate. The same is true for a major repair.
