Brylyn Falls has owned the shop since 2007. He is an owner-technician. When you call, you reach our shop, not a call center. Most of our work is in Tuscaloosa and Northport, plus nearby towns we already serve.

We are licensed and insured. Alabama HVAC licenses 2022212 and 2007056. Refrigeration license 52760. EPA 608 certified, and working toward NATE. We are an official Rheem Authorized Dealer. On systems we install, the manufacturer parts warranty is 5 years, and registering the system adds another 5 years. We register every system we install, so you get the full 10-year parts warranty. We also include a 1-year labor warranty on installations we do. We use OEM parts. Manufacturer warranties cover replacement parts only. The manufacturer decides whether a part is covered. We submit the claim and handle the paperwork. Rheem parts come through our dealer account. We can get warranty parts for any brand, even when we were not the company that installed the system. We handle AC repair, heating repair, installation, replacement, maintenance, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork. On site we find the problem first, then we explain what we found and what it takes to fix it.

We are open 24 hours. We take after-hours and emergency calls, and we make every effort to reach you as quickly as we can. In most cases we can come out the same day for an inspection and estimate.
